A cosmetics brand commissioned me to redesign their e-commerce product pages with a focus on usability and conversion. I conducted a heuristic evaluation and competitor analysis, then applied Jakob Nielsen’s guidelines to deliver a refreshed UX/UI for desktop and mobile.
In addition, I designed campaign assets, newsletters, banners, and social media graphics, while implementing enhancements in Shopify. The result was a more consistent brand presence and an improved shopping experience across all digital channels.
